Real Estate Manager

Purpose & Overall Relevance for The Organisation

This role is responsible for maximising the profitability of the South-East Asia Own Retail & Franchise by securing real estate in alignment with the targeted growth targets. This function will be accountable for providing guidance and strategic insight on potential site identification, assessing viability, lease negotiations as well as ensuring that financial hurdles are met in the overall development of adidas Group retail locations. Moreover, this function will develop and implement planning/reporting/admin tools and processes for the overall South-East Asia’s Market Expansion team and drive our key landlord management framework. The owner of this role serves as expert of Real Estate standards and capabilities and identifies and leverages opportunities to upskill the wider organisation.
