This role is highly specialized and best suited for someone with direct experience inside major real estate brokerages such as Sotheby’s International Realty or Compass Real Estate. The ideal candidate understands how relocation and referral pipelines operate at scale and has hands‑on experience managing and distributing inbound real estate leads across agents.
