Real Estate Paralegal

Our client, a top UK law firm , is actively seeking an experienced Real Estate Paralegal to join them on a permanent basis in their London office - working as their new Sales & Resales Paralegal , situated in their wider Real Estate team.

This is a vastly experienced and professional team at the heart of the business, with dedicated Partners working on a wide variety of property transactions. This role will give the successful candidate outstanding exposure to a broad range of property work in a busy team.

As the successful Paralegal, you'll be responsible for (but not limited to) the following:

• Managing your own caseload of high-volume property sales, handling shared ownership and outright sales
• Dealing with all aspects of post completion
• Assisting and managing caseload of leasehold properties
