Our client is seeking an experienced Real Estate Paralegal to join their Legal Services role is to support those within the team who provide advice onmercial property investment, developments, and planning disputes. Their global reach sees their clientele include some of the world’s largest private investors, developmentpanies, banks, pension funds, and retail funds.

Your responsibilities will include:Managing straightforward purchases and sales (including auction sales and residential plot sales) whilst then assisting with moreplex portfolio purchases and sales through routine project management, title and tenancy diligence, and preparation forpletionManaging a busy caseload of transactions that may involve short-term lease agreements, licences to occupy, licences for alterations, licences to assign, surrenders, rent reviews, and deeds of variation/easementAssisting with file opening procedures, for instance, drafting retainer l...
