Responsibilities:

• Support the acquisition of new real estate projects.
• Assist in project planning and help design marketing strategies.
• Conduct market research and feasibility studies for property development.
• Help monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Coordinate with technical teams, consultants, and external partners.
• Prepare project documentation and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
• Review contracts and support adherence to agreed terms.
• Contribute to basic financial analysis related to projects.
