We are looking for a Real Estate Property Manager who will be responsible for managing all aspects of assigned properties, including leasing, rent collection, maintenance coordination, budgeting, and compliance . The ideal candidate is customer service-oriented, detail-focused, experienced in real estate operations and experienced in Appfolio .

• Oversee day-to-day operations of residential and commercial properties.
• Manage tenant relations , including lease agreements, move-ins/move-outs, and dispute resolution.
