Real Estate Sales Agent

Key Responsibilities
Making phone calls and briefing new customers about real estate projects.
Performing comparative market analysis to estimate properties' value.
Setting appointments and site visits.
Maintain consistent follow-ups with leads to nurture relationships and convert them into clients.
Accurately log call details, lead information, and updates in the CRM system.
Provide helpful information to clients regarding properties, market trends, and company services.

Requirements & Skills:
Should have bachelor’s degree but master’s is a plus.
A minimum of 6 months of experience in the real estate business is required.
Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills.
Should be comfortable engaging in on-camera activities for social media content.
