We are a high-volume US-based real estate investment firm. We don't do basic sales. We specialize in Novations—a sophisticated creative finance strategy that allows us to help more homeowners and pay our sales team significantly higher commissions than a standard cash offer shop.

We are looking for two elite Acquisition Managers to handle high-intent PPC and PPL leads. If you are a consultative closer who can lead a homeowner through a complex financial problem to a win-win solution, keep reading.

The Compensation (Paid in USD)

• Base Salary:
   $6.00 USD / hour (Reliable floor).
• Commission:
   Aggressive per-deal structure.
• Average Performer:
   $2,000 / month.
• Top Performers (A-Players):
   $3,000 - $4,500+ / month.
• Note: In your local market, this is executive-level pay. We expect executive-level performance.
