Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and high-performing Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. This role is for professionals who are target-driven, resilient under pressure, and confident in closing property deals in a fast-paced sales environment.



Key Responsibilities

-Handle inbound and outbound property sales leads

-Conduct professional property presentations, meetings, and site visits

-Actively follow up with prospects and convert leads into confirmed sales

-Negotiate and close deals in line with company pricing and policies

-Guide clients through Offer Letters, deposits, and payment follow-ups

-Maintain accurate sales records and client pipelines

-Meet and exceed monthly sales and collection targets

-Work under pressure, including weekends, events, and peak sales periods
