Final salary offered will be determined based on a holistic assessment of experience, education, training, and alignment with role requirements. For positions covered by a collective agreement, placement within the range will follow the applicable step or classification.
The Real Estate Specialist leads and supports departmental projects and initiatives, provides analysis and recommendations to the Manager of Real Estate on corporate property matters, and ensures the protection of Toronto Hydro’s property interests and corporeal rights. The role works with various departments including Legal Services to ensure compliance with applicable regulatory, legal, and corporate requirements related to real estate transactions, property systems, and records.
