We are hiring a Real Estate Software Helpdesk & Customer Care Coordinator to provide exceptional customer support to our real estate software users. This role combines troubleshooting, content creation, and customer service to ensure users have access to solutions and helpful resources for their real estate needs.

Key Responsibilities:
– Master our AI-powered transaction software and serve as the first point of contact for user inquiries
– Provide quick and clear solutions to customer issues via email
– Create and maintain a content library that includes FAQs, tutorials, and instructional videos
– Develop video tutorials that explain common workflows and troubleshooting steps
– Analyze recurring customer questions to improve documentation and software usability
