Real Estate Team Operations Lead

We are seeking an experienced and proactive
Real Estate Team Lead

to oversee daily operations, support business growth, and manage internal team members. This role combines elements of operations management, executive support, light business development, and team leadership. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in U.S. residential real estate, demonstrates strong leadership capabilities, and operates with high autonomy, initiative, and accountability.

This position plays a critical role in keeping the real estate team organized, aligned, and operating efficiently on a day-to-day basis.
