We’re hiring a highly organized and detail-oriented Real Estate Transaction Specialist to manage the full transaction lifecycle for single-family real estate acquisitions and dispositions.

This is not a basic administrative role.

You’ll play a critical role in:
✅ transaction coordination
✅ contract management
✅ title & closing coordination
✅ stakeholder communication
✅ deadline enforcement
✅ CRM and transaction tracking

You’ll serve as the operational backbone between:

• sellers
• buyers
• title companies
• agents
• internal teams
