Location: Remote | Schedule: EST (Part -time Role)

We're looking for a highly organized, proactive Virtual Assistant to support a top Keller Williams Realtor based in Maryland. If you've worked with realtors before (especially at KW), know your way around social media, and thrive in fast -paced environments—this is for you

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media & Marketing

Plan, create & schedule content (FB, IG, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube)

Design marketing materials (Canva, CapCut, ListingsToLead)

Manage brand consistency & engagement

Run basic reports & assist with paid ads (FB/Google)
