Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst with proven experience building structured address-based databases from the ground up. This role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining a centralized database of real estate building addresses that serves as a single source of truth for analytics, operations, marketing, and strategic decision-making.
This is not a data entry role. We are looking for someone who understands address normalization, data architecture, deduplication, automation, and governance, and who can design a system that scales as the address inventory grows across cities, regions, and data sources.
