Real estate/property manager

Responsibilities

• Tenant management: screening prospective tenants, drafting and renewing leases, collecting rent, and addressing tenant complaints and disputes.
• Property maintenance and repairs: daily upkeep of properties, coordinating routine maintenance such as landscaping and snow removal, arranging necessary repairs, and conducting regular inspections to identify potential hazards and needs.
• Financial management: creating budgets, managing finances, providing detailed financial reports to property owners, and ensuring the overall financial health of the property.
• Owner and stakeholder communication: acting as the main point of contact for property owners, providing updates and carrying out their directives, and working with contractors and service providers.
• Legal compliance: ensuring the property and its operations comply with all relevant laws and regulations.
