Job Overview~ The Lease Administrator is responsible for maintaining accurate and compliant commercial lease records, supporting Real Estate, Finance, Legal, and Operations. The role involves abstracting leases, tracking critical dates, coordinating with landlords and brokers, and ensuring data accuracy for ASC 842 reporting.

Key Responsibilities~

• Review and abstract lease agreements and related documents.
• Maintain accurate data in Leasecake and internal trackers.
• Coordinate payments for rent, CAM, utilities, and operating expenses.
• Track lease commencements, expirations, and renewal deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with ASC 842 reporting requirements.
• Act as point of contact for landlords and brokers.
• Support dispute resolution and operational needs.
