What You'll Do
Monitor queues, staffing, KPIs, and overall performance in real time
Coordinate with Operations and WFM to manage adherence and schedule changes
Provide proactive escalations and solutions to maintain service levels
Generate and interpret interval and shift performance reports
Support operational efficiency through continuous monitoring and recommendations
We're Looking For
At least 1 year of RTA or Workforce experience
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Experience with WFM tools and real-time monitoring platforms
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
