-Responsible for all the New Product and Wafer Fab changes/transfers for the corporation.
-Develops and defines reliability and Qualification Plans for new and existing Products and Processes.
-Qualifies new or modified products, designs, packages, and processes. Performs evaluations of products, designs, packages and processes.
-Provides reliability information to product engineering, design, and manufacturing organizations. 
-Dispositions rejects, once verified by either reliability lab or product/device engineer. 
-Reviews failure analysis reports. 
-Coordinates and tracks submissions to the reliability lab. 
-Performs statistical data analysis.
-Assesses product reliability risk. Writes reliability reports.
-Responsible for approving release of new products. 
-Responsible for routing qualification plans. 
-Manages devices and testing for the Reliability Audit Program (RAP). <...
