3+ years of experience as a Realistic 3d Characters team lead, project lead or similar position; 
Strong understanding of artistic and technical aspects of characters creation; 
Deep industry knowledge; 
Strong personal artistic and technical skills; 
High quality standards and artistic taste; 
Feedback mastery; 
Strategic thinking, desire to develop the team; 
Constant self-development and the desire to develop others; 
Ability to work under stressful conditions and solve difficult problems; 
Good management skills; 
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
