About the Role

Mosaic is a fast-growing puzzle company producing highly detailed, realistic illustrations designed for immersive storytelling experiences. We are looking for a technically strong illustrator with a realistic style who thrives in structured production environments and enjoys iterative creative processes.

This role is ideal for illustrators who:

• Have the ability to
  separate personal style from production needs
  and iterate based on clear feedback.
• Enjoy building complex and maximalist narrative scenes.
• Are comfortable working from detailed briefs developed by the art department.
• Deliver consistent, high-quality work within defined production timelines.
• Adapt seamlessly to a range of techniques and visual approaches within a realistic illustration style.
