Reality Capture Manager

Position Summary: The Reality Capture Manager supports survey, laser scanning, and drone operations by producing high-quality CAD, BIM and REVIT deliverables. This role leads Scan-to-BIM, Survey-to-BIM, CAD production, and survey layout support, bridging field data with downstream design and construction workflows. The position combines hands-on production with technical leadership and quality control.
Salary Range: $110,000-140,000
Essential Responsibilities:
+ Lead, train, mentor, and supervise local team in support of project delivery.
+ Develop BIM and CAD models from survey data, laser scans, and photogrammetry.
+ Produce Scan-to-BIM and Survey-to-BIM deliverables at required LOD.
+ Prepare layout-ready models and drawings for robotic total station workflows.
+ Coordinate with survey, scanning, and UAV teams to ensure proper data capture.
