As a Maintenance Technician, you'll be a key player in maintaining property integrity and fostering a positive living experience for residents. This position involves working four weekdays, alternating weekends, and some evening on-call duties. Your role will include minor repairs, effective communication with residents, and keeping the property clean and safe.
