Realty Head

JOB SUMMARY

The Realty Head ensures the end-to-end management of all the real properties of the Company in the acquisition, control, maintenance, and optimum utilization of the assets. This includes, but it is not limited to, the handling of real property inventory management, oversight on technical and survey services to ensure integrity of ownership of properties.

He/She collaborates with One Meralco partners in monitoring the business trends and demands for co-location and reactivation of idle properties and reviews financial information and identifies opportunities for value creation.

General Responsibilities:

• Oversees the geodetic engineering function to ensure accuracy of actual land boundaries:
• Reviews the plotted technical descriptions as indicated on land titles to ensure accuracy of lot boundaries of land being acquired by the Company, including those acquired under usufruct agreements.
