Rebar Engineer

We are looking for Rebar specialists with experience in preparing accurate Bar Bending Schedules (BBS)/ Rebar quantity take-offs for reinforced concrete structures. The role involves interpreting structural, civil, and architectural drawings, ensuring compliance with Australian Standards, and supporting the accurate delivery and placement of reinforcement materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret structural, civil, and architectural drawings to prepare detailed Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) and rebar quantity take-offs.
• Utilise CAD and Excel for scheduling and estimation tasks.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in rebar estimation or structural take-offs is required.
• Apply prior experience in rebar estimating, scheduling, Shop drawings for precast structures.
• Must have experience in rebar structural take-offs using Revu Bluebeam or Autocad
• Work to Australian office hours
