Job Description

 
  Overview 
 A leading retailer is looking for an  experienced Rebates Accountant  to join their team in  Cape Town .
 The successful candidate will oversee the rebates department in order to ensure that the rebates are processed according to the contractual agreement in place.
  Key Responsibilities: 
 Generate yearly data for the Trading Term Template to be used in the Trade Term Talks negotiations.
 Assure timely and accurate processing of contractual billing. Keep track of all processed contractual billings.
 Keep an eye on the Trial Balance for each trade account on the DC.
 Keep an eye on the manual billing procedure and talk to the appropriate Authority about unpaid billings.
 Monitor and protect all contracts and agreements with vendors.
