Rebates Analyst - Sales Support

We are hiring a** Rebates Analyst - Sales Support **who will be responsible for leading the Rebates' calculations and payments process within the Pricing & Contracts team. The analyst assures the timely and error-free payment of rebate commitments to customers.
**Some of your responsibilities are**:
- Process required reports to calculate customer rebates, ensuring an error-free result based on the contract or agreement wording.
- Work closely with the pricing and sales team to ensure the criteria for the rebates is accurate.
- Lead rebates-related communications with Steelcase salespeople, dealers, and clients.
- You will process all payments requests to customers for rebate programs.
- Ownership of keeping the payment information for the customers up to date.
- Providing assistance to promote improvements and automation within Rebate systems.
- Other duties as assigned.
