As Sentient HR’s RECE Specialist, you’ll connect directly with our supply staff and childcare centre partners, ensuring every shift is filled with the right educator — and that our educators are supported, engaged, and recognized for the incredible work they do. You’ll blend operational precision with human connection, visiting centres to observe, coach, and strengthen performance while leading initiatives like our Apprenticeship Program and staff recognition efforts.
At Sentient HR, we believe quality is built on relationships. You’ll be the primary contact for over 600 supply staff, driving engagement, retention, and continuous improvement.
