Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Executive to manage and oversee receivables across our food chain operations. The role involves ensuring timely billing, collections, reconciliations, and accurate recording of revenues from multiple sales channels including outlets, corporate clients, and online delivery partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounts receivable processes across multiple outlets
• Track daily cash sales, credit sales, and responsible for collections.
• Reconcile POS sales with bank deposits with statements
• Reconcile cash book.
• Follow up with customers and partners for timely payment collections.
• Monitor aging reports and reduce overdue receivables
• Coordinate with operations and sales teams to resolve billing discrepancies.
