Receiver/Cook

Oversee the functions that ensure that all inventoried items are properly ordered, handled, stored, distributed, tracked and inventoried. Also, responsible for the preparation, cooking, transport, and serving of scheduled menu items according to supervisor’s instructions and food production sheets.

This is a full-time, benefits eligible, hourly position with a hiring range of $19.92 - $23.60 per hour.


Core Responsibilities:

+ Receive and check in deliveries of food and nonfood items. Ensure proper storage and spot check for packaging integrity, safe temperatures, and accurate weights. Complete invoice processing.

+ Conduct daily inventories, stock and store food and supplies in appropriate areas, and rotate stock to maintain product integrity. Thaw food in a timely manner for meal prep.

+ Maintain organized inventory areas using bin/shelf systems aligned with order/inventory sheets.
