Receiving Checker

• Inspection of Incoming Goods – Verify delivered items against purchase orders, delivery receipts, and specifications to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Quantity and Quality Check – Count, measure, and inspect products to detect damages, defects, or discrepancies.
• Documentation and Reporting – Record received items, update inventory logs, and report any shortages or issues to the supervisor or purchasing department.
• Sorting and Staging – Organize and label received goods properly for storage or immediate use.
• Coordination with Warehouse/Inventory – Communicate with warehouse or stock personnel to ensure smooth storage and handling of goods.
• Compliance – Ensure all receiving processes follow company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
