Position Overview
To use the corresponding Purchase Order for the correct invoice and reconcile that the stock is correct and that there are no discrepancies.
If discrepancies are found the Receiving Clerk will communicate with the corresponding buyer if they are allowed to take the stock or reject it.
When not busy; the Receiving Clerk will assist with housekeeping of the receiving department and getting returns ready for the next week of supplies.
We use Arch Mobile Scanners to scan stock and make sure stock received has the correct barcodes and is the correct stock ordered as well.
Ensure that returns for relevant suppliers get returned in a timely manner and with the correct quantities.
You will be required to drive various moving equipment such as a BT and/ or Forklift therefore having a BT and/ or Forklift license is preferred. Please include copy of the license...
