Key Responsibilities:

1. Receiving and Verification of Stocks

• Check incoming deliveries against Purchase Orders (POs) and Delivery Receipts (DRs) for correct item codes, quantities, and descriptions.
• Inspect goods for damages, leakage, spoilage, and expiration.
• Tag and label received stocks according to product category and storage area (dry, chill, frozen).
• Report any shortages, overages, or product issues immediately to the Warehouse Supervisor.
• Assist in the documentation of receiving reports and coordinate with the Inventory Clerk or Encoder.

2. Dispatch and Releasing

• Verify all outgoing stocks against Stock Transfer Slips (STS), Picklists, or Requisition Forms.
• Ensure correct quantity, item code, and batch number before loading to selling areas or delivery vehicles.
• Monitor the proper handling of goods during loading to prevent damage or spillage.
