Job Description
- Coordinate the shipping and receiving of calibration instruments and materials.
- Handle delivery and collection of units directly to/from customers when required.
- Prepare shipping documents, including delivery notes, invoices, and packing lists
- Ensure goods are properly packaged to prevent damage during transportation
- Organize transportation logistics for calibration equipment to and from clients, calibration laboratories, and suppliers.
- Coordinate with vendors, shipping companies, and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries.
- Personally deliver or collect units from customers, ensuring accurate handover and documentation.
- Track shipments and resolve any delays or issues that arise.
- Assist in tracking, recording, and updating inventory levels of calibration equipment and spare parts.
- Ensure proper documentation and labelling of products and calibration kits.
