Receiving & Shipping Clerk (F/M/D)

Responsibilities:

+ Ensure the receipt and/or dispatch of all materials (direct, indirect, and equipment), according to production or plant needs, via sea, road, air, or rail transport.

+ Manage non-compliance situations involving freight forwarders, ensuring the best resolution—either through negotiation with Vendor Planners or by arranging alternative shipments with suppliers.

+ Research and identify new transport solutions and freight forwarders, working closely with the Purchasing team to maintain the approved transport vendor list.

+ Open claims with transporters in the event of material damage and collaborate with the Quality team to manage the complaint process and inspection of affected goods.

+ Monitor export and import flows to ensure all required shipping documentation is prepared and available.

+ Organize express/parcel/OBC (On-Board Courier) shipments as needed.
