Role Overview: The Reception Supervisor is the Community Architect. You oversee the first and last touchpoints of the guest experience. Your goal is to lead a team that excels in administrative precision while acting as the primary catalysts for social integration. You ensure that the front desk is never a barrier, but a bridge to the Outpost community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Community Leadership: Train the team to identify solo travelers or newcomers and actively integrate them into the hostel's social calendar.
• Operational Oversight: Manage the Property Management System (PMS), room allocations, and guest communications to ensure a smooth, error-free arrival experience.
• Vibe Check: Ensure the lobby/reception area is high-energy, welcoming, and serves as a central hub for information and connection.
