A welcoming Good primary in Crawley is seeking a reflective and creative Reception Teacher to join its Early Years team on a Full-Time basis from January 2026. The Reception Teacher will be invited to participate in pre-term planning ahead of the January 2026 start, attend a full induction in January 2026, and commence teaching from January 2026 as a committed Reception Teacher. This Full-Time Reception Teacher role provides excellent indoor and outdoor provision, strong TA support and a leadership team dedicated to staff wellbeing from January 2026 onward. The successful Reception Teacher will be part of a collaborative phase where every Reception Teacher benefits from coaching, peer observation and bespoke CPD scheduled from January 2026.
