About the Role
Our Reception team are at the forefront of our medical centre and are the first point of contact for all our patients. Friendly and professional service is of utmost importance to our medical centre and we are looking for a Reception Team Lead to encourage and support the team in maintaining high levels of service.
The focus of the role is to provide leadership and support to the medical centre's reception team whilst ensuring all receptionists are providing great service to our patients and are working to a high standard. You will be working with a highly experienced management team and will have support in your role from the Medical Center Manager....
