Responsibilities

• Focus on customer engagement and building relationships.
• Schedule appointments through the company’s system.
• Respond to online inquiries and handle phone call enquiries.
• Assist walk-in customers (this is not a sales role).

Requirements

• Candidate with relevant customer service/ receptionist experience are welcome to apply.
• Able to work during weekends and public holidays.
