Role Overview: As an Outpost Receptionist, you are the Welcome Ambassador. You are the first person a weary traveler sees, and your energy sets the tone for their entire stay. Your job is to handle the logistics of their stay efficiently so you can spend more time introducing them to the Outpost way of life and their fellow travelers.

Key Responsibilities:

• The Warm Welcome: Execute check-ins that go beyond paperwork—give the grand tour, explain the social mission, and introduce the guest to someone in the lobby immediately.
• Above & Beyond Service: Support the overall guest journey, including assisting guests with their bags upon arrival or departure.
• Information Hub: Act as the local expert. Provide insider tips on the best social spots, hidden gems, and must-do group activities.
• Social Facilitation: Actively encourage guests to join the nightly bar events or morning tours. You are the hype-person for the hostel's soc...
