A luxury safari lodge in Nambiti Private Game Reserve is seeking a professional,guest-focused FOH Anchor to manage reception and guest relations. This is a **hands-on role** suited to someone who thrives on guest interaction, lodge coordination, and supporting hosting duties.
Responsibilities 
• Guest check-ins, check-outs, and front office coordination
• Deliver warm, professional guest service at all times
• Assist with hosting guest meals, activities, and events when required
• Manage guest communication, schedules, and daily lodge flow
• Handle guest records, billing support, and admin tasks
• Liaise with housekeeping, kitchen, and guiding teams
• Uphold luxury lodge service standards

• Previous experience in a luxury lodge or high-end hospitality environment
