Receptionist

Job Scope:

• Schedule and confirm client appointments for wellness services included in purchased packages.
• Present and explain the features, benefits, and value of wellness packages to prospective and returning clients.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals set by the wellness center.
• Maintain communication with potential clients through calls, emails, or messages to nurture leads and close sales.
• Respond to client questions, address concerns, and overcome objections to secure sales.
• Keep accurate records of sales activities, client details, and revenue, and generate periodic sales reports for management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1, RM3,000.00 per month
