Job Description
The receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors, managing front desk operations with professionalism and warmth. Responsibilities include greeting patients, answering and directing phone calls, scheduling and confirming appointments, and maintaining accurate patient records.
They will handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence, while ensuring the reception area is organized and presentable. The role also involves coordinating with medical and administrative staff to facilitate smooth daily operations, assisting patients with inquiries regarding treatments, billing, and insurance, and maintaining confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations.
