We're looking for a friendly, motivated Receptionist to join our team and be the first point of contact for our company
What You'll Do:
Welcome visitors and handle front desk duties with a smile.
Provide general clerical and administrative support to the team
Assist the Managing Director and staff with day-to-day tasks.
Manage courier, stationery, and pantry items.
Prepare weekly staff attendance reports.
What We're Looking For:
Pleasant personality with strong communication skills
PC literate (Microsoft Office)
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Good command of Bahasa Malaysia & English
Enthusiasm to learn and grow in a professional environment
Work Hours:
Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
