Receptionist
Working location: Sentul, Kuala Lumpur
Mandatory Skills: Minimum 5 year experience in Receptionist role
Key Responsibilities:
- Front Desk Management:
Greeting, welcoming, and assisting visitors, clients, and delivery personnel. - Communication Hub:
Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming phone calls; taking messages; and handling general inquiries. - Scheduling & Calendars:
Managing appointments, booking meeting rooms, and maintaining staff calendars. - Administrative Support:
Sorting and distributing mail, making copies, data entry, and preparing basic documents. - Visitor Management:
Monitoring visitor access and maintaining sign-in logs. - Office Maintenance:
Ensuring the reception area is tidy, stocked with supplies, and presents a professional image.
