Receptionist

Working location: Sentul, Kuala Lumpur

Mandatory Skills: Minimum 5 year experience in Receptionist role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Front Desk Management:
     Greeting, welcoming, and assisting visitors, clients, and delivery personnel.
  • Communication Hub:
     Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming phone calls; taking messages; and handling general inquiries.
  • Scheduling & Calendars:
     Managing appointments, booking meeting rooms, and maintaining staff calendars.
  • Administrative Support:
     Sorting and distributing mail, making copies, data entry, and preparing basic documents.
  • Visitor Management:
     Monitoring visitor access and maintaining sign-in logs.
  • Office Maintenance:
     Ensuring the reception area is tidy, stocked with supplies, and presents a professional image.
