Clerk – Accounting / Customer Service / Route Planner

Location: Medellín, Colombia. Requires on-site presence.

Responsibilities

• Identify prospects through internet searches, databases and other lead generation methods.
• Set appointments for businesses interested in RPGL services.
• Influence and persuade customers to purchase logistics services by identifying their specific problem areas.
• Maintain updated records in Salesforce CRM, noting names, addresses, and follow‑up actions.
• Perform heavy phone work, including 150+ calls per day and immediate reporting with people on the phone.
• Adapt and respond to various situations and personalities.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience (logistics industry preferred).
