Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Receptionist located in Mumbai. As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for welcoming and assisting clients and visitors, managing incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining a well-organized front desk. The role involves providing excellent customer service, ensuring smooth communication between clients and staff, and handling clerical and administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and performing Receptionist Duties
- Strong Clerical Skills, including organization and attention to detail
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with office management tools and technology, such as scheduling software or phone systems
- Experience in a salon, spa, or hospitality environment is an advantage
