About the role

We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team in the Novena Central Region. As our Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring they receive a warm and welcoming experience. This is a full-time position that is integral to the smooth running of our dental practice.

What you'll be doing

• Greet and welcome patients, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable
• Schedule appointments, manage patient records, and handle patient inquiries
• Provide exceptional customer service and build positive relationships with patients
• Assist with various administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and inventory management
