Job Summary: As the first point of contact for our exclusive members, you will be the face of Saka Pickle Club. We are looking for a professional, well-spoken, and organized individual who can provide world-class service to our elite membership base.
Key Responsibilities:
Member Relations: Greet and assist members and their guests with a professional and friendly attitude.
Booking Management: Handle court reservations and membership inquiries via phone, email, or walk-in.
Administrative Support: Manage membership records and ensure all guest entries are documented.
Brand Ambassadorship: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area at all times.
Qualifications:
Must have a pleasing personality and professional appearance.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and Tagalog).
Experience in hospitality, front desk, or customer service is an advantage.
