About the role

We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Associate to join our team at Remedy Skintech, Inc. in Ayala Malls Vertis North, Quezon City, Metro Manila. In this full-time position, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, playing a vital role in creating a positive and welcoming experience for all who visit our office.

What you'll be doing

• Identify and assess clients' needs to achieve customer satisfaction.
• Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods / tools.
• Accept and validate completeness of client's data and encode it to the company's CRM.
• Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.
